Who we are?
Main team
Christian Zambra, Co-Founder, AI & Product & Strategy
Christian Zambra is a seasoned expert in Artificial Intelligence, Product Management, and Technology.
From his alma mater, the University of São Paulo (USP), he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, another Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, and a Master’s in Consumer Behavior, with research focused on AI Adoption. He also holds postgraduate certificates from Stanford University (Strategic Decisions), FGV, and technical certificates from MIT (Machine Learning with Python) and Udacity (AI Product Manager Nanodegree).
His career began as a Strategist in the banking sector (Santander and Itaú), but he soon transitioned to Product Management, working in both large enterprises (Telefónica and Itaú) and startups, unicorns, and decacorns (Cabify, Quinstreet, iFood). In recent years, he has specialized as an Artificial Intelligence Product Manager. He also has experience as a Teacher (Innovation), Speaker, and Mentor for Professionals and Startups.
Alessandra Kuniyoshi Zambra, Co-Founder, Therapy & Product & Social Media
Alessandra Kuniyoshi Zambra is a multifaceted professional blending Health Sciences, Therapy, and Social Media expertise.
She holds a Bachelor of Biological Sciences from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) and a Master of Health Sciences from Escola Paulista de Medicina (UNIFESP). With experience in hospital settings, including Hospital das Clínicas de São Paulo, GRAACC, and Hospital Sírio-Libanês, she has contributed to laboratory and research. Currently, Alessandra serves as a Postgraduate University Professor of Health Sciences.
In addition, Alessandra is a dedicated Health and Wellness entrepreneur. She is the founder of the Zen Garden Therapy channel, a platform dedicated to sharing her expertise in Aromatherapy, Reiki, Meditation, and Thetahealing. Her current studies in this area are focused on Neuroscience, Integrative Therapies, and Psychoanalysis. Through her work, Alessandra seeks to foster well-being and self-knowledge.

Juliana Ohashi, Advisor, Branding & Marketing Strategy & Social Media
Juliana Ohashi is a seasoned expert in Branding, Marketing Strategy, and Social Media.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of São Paulo (USP) and an MBA from FGV.
At Ogilvy Brasil, Juliana led social media strategy and content development for award-winning campaigns, including the Gold Lion at Cannes Lions for the "Carequinhas" campaign and the Top Fan Pages award for Dove. More recently, she has held leadership roles as Head of Marketing & Branding at NürnbergMesse Brasil and Employer Branding Manager at SumUp, while also founding Juliana Mieko Consulting, where she focuses on branding and marketing strategy for organizations such as Game for Change and Agência Mãe.
